Sick releases the smallest safety scanner on the market
Sick has claimed to have designed the smallest laser security scanner available on the market.
The new sick scanner “S300” is appropriate for standalone or additional complex, multi sensor security configurations, in either moving or static operations.
This item may also replace the prevalent multi-components set-ups or items which can be prone to wear for example security mats.
The sick 300 scanner is out there to buy in two versions: the typical single sensor version, that is cheaper. Or the remote model which might be utilised for additional complicated applications as an example automated and self guided vehicles which require many field switching. The IP65 protected scanner is 116 x 102 x 105 mm in size. It has a 270-degree scanning field and also a range of up to 2m. It has the option of getting programmed as a triple field set-up, with two warming zones. The remote version has the capability of handling as much as 16 triple field sets and 32 monitoring situations. The sick 300 scanner complies with PLd and Sick SIL2 needs.
