The E-stop has a very bright illumination perfect for a wide range of emergency stop applications, providing users with enhanced safety and productivity on the manufacturing floor.
Banner’s EZ-light gives an illuminated yellow base when the button is armed, the machine is scheduled to run or is already running. When Banner Ez- Light is pushed the yellow illumination turns into a flashing red illumination therefore letting the users know of an emergency stop condition. The push button can be reset simply by readying the device effectively with a small amount of downtime.
Ez-Light yellow illumination can be turned into a steady red light when a Stop condition is present by using an external signal through the M12 QD connector. To fulfil the wide range of application requirements, Banner E-Stops come with a two-colour yellow and red lighting, red lighting or a non-illuminated black-base. The E-Stop buttons are strong IP65 rated product with a 30mm mounting base. Banner E-stop pushbuttons allow for easily installation as no assembly, individual wiring or extra enclosures are needed therefore this gives smaller installation costs.
Applications that use a series of E-Stops, several buttons can be interfaced and series connected with CSS Series Hookup Corsets. Surface mounted E-Stop models come with standard, illuminated, lockable and illuminated lockable pushbuttons.
E-Stop button is simple to use and also has a “safe break action” to make sure that the safety contacts will open if the contact block were to become separated from the actuator. The push- to -stop, twist-to-release actuator and direct (positive) opening operation is in line with ANSI B11.19, ANSI NFPA79, ISO 13850 and IEC/EN 60204-1 Emergency Stop standards and meets all of the safety standards across the world with a red button and yellow background.
