Sick Sensors > New Two in One Speed and Stand Still Monitor
Sick Sensors > Sick Speed Monitor Two in One Speed and Stand Still Monitor
Sick sensors have recently unveiled their innovative speed monitor the Sick sensors MOC3SA. This provides significantly advanced speed restricting features on machine equipment and standard revolving while improving the simplicity of set-up and upkeep.
It's affordable and enables engineers and factory professionals to easily fulfil essential safety demands with additional routine manufacturing, flexibility and much less recovery time.
The M0C3SA safety controller is configurable with system called Flexi Soft based around the simple concept of stand still monitoring and has dedicated safe and stand still relays.
Sick sensors M0C3SA is straight forward to install since it uses rotary switches, also several variations can be found dependant upon the frequency being checked.
This new safety relay has two functions on-board for the price of one a significant benefit to machine builders in a single machine, or in a plant where some machines require standstill monitoring and others require a safe speed monitor.
The M0C3SA by Sick sensors currently have the function of secure monitoring and can include applications for example speed dependant relief of mechanical door latches during machine operation. The most effective operating setting is instantly recommended by the design aid software program. Sick’s speed monitor is perfect when sustaining the operation of a drive for example. Harder tasks could be executed using FlexiClassic and Flexi Soft control systems.
The Sick sensors configurable safety controller, Flexi Soft, introduced the concept of a simple standstill monitor. Now we are launching our new MOC3SA Speed Monitor as a dedicated safe speed and standstill relay to add further capabilities."
The MOC3SA from Sick sensors is easy to setup by using the rotary switches & the two models suit the different frequencies that are being monitored
