Types of Festo Tube >
Festo PAN Tubing perfect for high pressures.
Festo PAN pneumatic tube is perfect for applications that involve high pressures up to 14bar. The PAN tubing is also ideal for environments that are in freezing conditions as well as being able to handle temperatures up to 80⁰c. The Festo PAN tubing comes in all standard sizes 4mm up to 16mm. Festo PAN tube is a lower cost value for money option. PAN tubing is suitable to be used with chemicals as well as being hydrolysis resistant. Available in 50m coil packs and have the following widths (mm) 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16. This tubing is made from Polyamide.
Festo PAN-R Tubing ideal for use with water
Festo PAN-R Tube is a high performance pneumatic tube option for higher pressure applications up to 16 bar. This is ideal for applications that use high pressure applications for example : Pressure boosters Festo DPA range. For the Festo PAN-R range of tubing there is a specific range of fittings the Festo QS-F range available in most variants and the GRLA-F-QS-D range of pneumatic flow controlers.
Festo PUN-H Tubing perfect for being used in the food industry.
Festo PUN-H Tube is made from polyurethane and is perfect for hydrolytic resistance as well as being perfect for use in the food industry. PUN-H is available in a wide range of sizes (mm) 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12,16. The Festo PUN-H tubing can be used in humid environments or environments that have contact with temperatures of up to a maximum of 60⁰c. PUN-H will not crack due to its modified material. This range of Festo tubing is also ideal for outdoor use due to its brilliant microbial resistance. The black version of PUN-H can be perfect of outdoor pneumatic systems. These are available in packs of 50m. The fittings that go with this tubing are the QS and the GRLA-QS-RS-B versions.
PUN- tubing the perfect tubing for compressed air.
Festo PUN tube is made from very flexible polyurethane with a market leading bend radius and has a wide variety of Pneumatic tube sizes ranging from 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 (mm). This Pneumatic tube is available in a very wide range of colours Silver, Black, Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow. It is the ideal Pneumatic tube to be used with compressed air as well as other non-chemical applications. The Festo PUN tube is very flexible and halogen free. There is a specific range of Pneumatic range of fittings designed to be used with Festo PUN tube the QS range and the GRLA-QS-RS-D range of flow controlers.
PFAN tubing- Perfect for use with acid and alkalis agents.
Festo’s PFAN tubing can operate with compressed air and water. PFAN tubing is perfect for use in the food industry. It is perfect to be used with chemicals and can be used in environments that have microbes, uv radiation as well as hydrolysis. It is also quite flexible. This tubing is flame resistant. It has high temperature resistance of up to 150⁰c when it is at 6 bar and at 80⁰c when it is at 10 bar. PFAN tubing also comes in a wide range of sizes: 4,6,8,10,12. The ideal Festo fittings that go with this tube of tubing are the QS-F and the GRLA-F-QS-D versions, when being used is a high pressure environment. The perfect fittings for this tubing when it is being used in the food industry are the CRQS and CRGRLA versions. When this tubing is being used for media resistant, then the idea fittings are the NPQP series.
PUN-CM- Is the perfect antistatic pneumatic tubing.
Festo’s PUN-CM tubing is perfect for use in situations where getting rid of static electricity is vital. This tubing comes is a wide range of sizes (mm) such as 4,6,8,10,12,14. This tubing is halogen free. This is highly flexible. The perfect fittings that can accompany this tube of tubing are the NPQM and the GRLA-F-QS-D versions.
PEN tubing- value for money tubing for compressed air
This tubing is universal and is a lower cost value for money range. This can be widely used due to its highly resistant materials. It has an exceptional bend radius due to a thinner wall thickness and is a very flexible pneumatic tubing option. The specifically designed lower cost fittings matched for this range of tube are the QS-B pneumatic fittings and the GRLA-QS-B of flow controllers
PUN-VO TUBING- The best flame retardant pneumatic tubing.
This tubing is perfect for use when there is a risk of fire. This is also halogen free. The fittings that go with this are the NPQM version.
PUN-VO-C tubing- The best pneumatic tubing for resistant to welding splatter.
Festo’s PUN-VO-C is ideal when it is used in indirect proximity to welding applications. It is safe due to its thick 2 mm wall for all of its diameters. The fittings that suit this type of tubing is QS-F and GRLA-F-QS-D.
PAN-VO is safe tubing even in indirect proximity to welding splatter.
Festo’s PAN-VO tubing will remain safe even if it gets splattered by welding splatter. This is two layer tubing. The fittings that go with this are the QS-VO series.
