Balluff Uniflat capacitive sensors have a true liquid level irrespective of foam, film and material accumulation.

Balluff SMART level technology easily registers conductive media through non-metallic container walls up to as much as 10mm thickness, in addition it compensates for moisture or foam accumulation.

An additional benefit of the new Balluff Uniflat Sensors is, they removes false triggering that could arise with standard sensors. Balluff Global Prox detects objects across a distance up to 20mm. Moreover it detects oil or granulates through non metallic walls as much as 6mm thickness.

They also have content monitoring in feed systems and outer packaging with non-metallic containers. The Balluff Uniflat capacitive sensors are compact  and have very adaptable mounting options. For instance they could be screwed on, secured to bypass pipes with cable ties, or with one of the specifically designed mounting brackets.
