a p p l i c a t i o n\r\n\r\nIt is neccessary to be able to stop a conveyor at any point where\r\na hazard may arise.\r\nKiepe Pull Wire Emergency Cut-Out Switches, as well as the accessories,\r\nmeet every requirement for Conveyor Emergency Cut-\r\nOut\r\nSwitches in accordance with the regulations for the prevention\r\nof accidents (BGI 710). The devices are also suitable for use on\r\nmachine tools and processing equipment.\r\n\r\no p e r a t i o n\r\n\r\nThe Kiepe Pull Wire Emergency Cut-Out Switches are actuated by\r\na plastic coated steel wire rope placed alongside the conveyor.\r\nPulling on the rope at any point or pressing the red push button\r\nwill trip and automatically lock the switches, de-energizing the\r\nconveyor starter contactor. The lenght of the rope may be up to\r\n20 meters.\r\n\r\nAfter tripping, the mechanical latch can be released only on the\r\nswitch.
