Kiepe HESEX Misalingnment Switch\r\n\r\nFor harzadous Zones 21 and 22, Housing : Aluminum,\r\nRoller made of Stainless Steel\r\n\r\nconveyor Belt misalignment switch\r\nheseX\r\nateX ii 2D ex tD a21 ip 65 t 85 °c\r\n\r\na p p l i c a t i o n\r\n\r\nKiepe Belt Misalignment Switches are used in conveyor\r\ninstallations for monitoring the true running of conveyor belts.\r\nThe switches, when mounted at the running edges of a conveyor\r\nbelt, will be operated if the belt deviates from it’s designed\r\nrunning line by more than a permissable distance.\r\nThe Kiepe Belt Misalignment Switches HESEX are approved for\r\nuse in areas with combustible dusts acc. to EN 50281-1-1, part 1-1:\r\nElectrical apparatus protected by enclosures.\r\nThe switches are marked with II 2D Ex tD A21 IP 65 T 85 °C and\r\ncan be used in zones 21 and 22, equipment group II, categories 2\r\nand 3.\r\n\r\nThe Belt Misalignment Switch HESEX is used for conveyor\r\ninstallations subjected to especially severe operating conditions.\r\nThe actuating roller of stainless steel is carried in stainless steel\r\nball bearings for improved handling of laterial forces and jerks.\r\nThe large roller diameter of 48 mm permits the use of this device\r\nwhere fast belt speeds prevail.
