The all new EX-L200 series Laser Sensor from SUNX delivers high precision performance in an incredibly compact body. This self contained sensor combines long range detection with a minimum sensing object size of 0.3mm for applications that require high detection accuracy and optimal flexibility for mounting.
The EX-L200 is one of the smallest laser sensors on the market today with dimensions of W8.2mm x H23mm x D12mm a comparable size to our range of LED based EX20 sensors but with the added accuracy of a laser.

Available in two different sensing ranges, 1m and 3m, the sensors are aimed at various applications where precision sensing is required including integrated circuit detection in palette handling systems, arrival of substrates, semiconductor wafer protrusion, tip/needle/wire detection etc. The IP67 environmental protection rating means the sensor can be used in applications where the presence of dirt and water is a problem.
The 1m model (EX-L211) is fitted with a sensitivity adjuster that allows for accurate detection in high precision applications. Output operation (Light-ON or Dark-ON) is selected via a fourth wire.
